Close the loop from missing answer to won mention.

For in-house SEO and content teams

Find the answer you are missing. Then prove you won it.

Most AI visibility tools stop at a chart. This one goes from the question an engine answers without you all the way to the published article and the check that shows the mention landed.

Know exactly which answers name you

Not one blended visibility number. Every tracked question, checked against every engine your plan covers, so you can point at the ones you own and the ones you do not.

  • ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, checked weekly
  • Google AI Overviews and AI Mode when you switch them on
  • Per-market tracking, so a US answer is never mistaken for a German one

The closed loop

Gap, brief, review, proof

Four moves, one system. Every cycle feeds the next one: what you won narrows the gap list, what you lost becomes a refresh.

  1. 01

Find the answers you are missing

Rankwise checks your tracked questions against the AI engines your plan covers, up to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini, and records which ones name you, which name someone else, and who that someone else is. Topic discovery then mints net-new questions from a brand-grounded brainstorm, the People Also Ask fan-out, and keyword ideas, so the list never runs dry.

  2. 02

    Brief the highest-leverage one

Topics are ranked by how much of the cluster you are missing, how much demand it carries, and how much on-page headroom you can actually move. Approve one and it becomes a brief with target questions, the evidence behind it, and an outline.

  3. 03

Draft it, then let a human own it

The draft arrives with sources attached and an AI readiness score covering the two things a body of text controls: structure and how well its claims are grounded. Your invited expert edits and approves. Nothing publishes on their behalf.

  4. 04

Publish, then prove it moved something

Ship to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or your own Next.js or Rails site. Then the checks keep running, so you can see the exact question and engine where a mention was won or lost, and read your Search Console curve with your own publishes marked on it.

What you get

Built for the team that owns the number

Each card names the surface it lives on, so you can check the claim in the product rather than take our word for it.

Topic discovery that refills itself

Clustering over the questions you track, plus a discovery pass that proposes new ones from your brand profile, People Also Ask, and keyword ideas. Competitor gaps get promoted into the same ranked list.

Dashboard › Topics

Your experts, in the loop

Invite subject-matter reviewers into the workspace with an expert role. They see a review queue and nothing else: no analytics, no billing. Their edits also teach the next brief what your house style is.

Dashboard › Experts, Articles › Review

Brand knowledge base

An editable brand sheet, seeded during onboarding, injected into every brief and draft prompt. Declined briefs and expert edits distill back into it, so the system stops re-proposing what you already said no to.

Settings › Brand

Publish where you already work

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix through stored encrypted credentials, plus self-hosted receivers for Next.js and Rails if your site is your own code. Draft or live, your call.

Dashboard › Integrations

Search performance, annotated

Connect Search Console and get clicks, impressions and average position over time with your publishes, mentions won and lost, and applied fixes marked on the timeline. That last part is the thing Search Console cannot show you.

Dashboard › Performance

Fixes that actually ship

Scans propose concrete transforms: page labels, canonicals, robots rules, internal links. Preview the diff, apply through a WordPress plugin, a git pull request, a reverse proxy or a CDN edge worker, and roll back if you do not like it.

AI Visibility › Fixes

A refresh queue, not a graveyard

Shipped articles are ranked by how stale they are, whether they are losing their target questions, and how much demand those questions carry. Queue a refresh and it enters the same pipeline as new work.

Dashboard › Autopilot

Bing Webmaster Tools import

Upload the Bing Webmaster Tools CSV and get first-party ground truth for Copilot mentions, alongside the engine checks we buy. Free, first-party, and not a model guessing about itself.

AI Visibility › Questions

Read-only API

Mentions, your share of AI answers, dimension scores and visibility events over a bearer key scoped to one workspace, so this data can live in your own reporting instead of only in ours.

FAQ

Practitioner questions

Still have a question?
Does this replace Ahrefs or Semrush?

No. Those tools answer where you rank in a list of blue links. Rankwise answers whether an AI engine names you when it writes the answer instead, and then helps you fix it. Most teams run both, and the Search Console connector means the classic numbers sit in the same place.

Who writes the content, exactly?

Rankwise drafts it from the brief, with sources attached and grounded in your brand knowledge base. A human on your side reviews and approves before anything publishes. The AI readiness score gates the draft on structure and grounding, and it is renormalized so a good draft can actually reach the green zone.

Which engines do you check?

Perplexity on every plan, ChatGPT and Claude from Starter, and Gemini plus opt-in Google AI Overviews from Growth. Checks run on a cadence: cheap engines weekly, expensive ones every two weeks, staggered so they land a few a day rather than all at once.

Can I keep my existing publishing workflow?

Yes. Publish as a draft into your CMS and let your normal editorial process take over, or ship live. If your site is your own code, the self-hosted Next.js package and Rails gem receive the same content over a signed wire protocol.

What happens when we lose a mention we had won?

It is recorded as a visibility event with the question and engine, it shows up in the alerts bell and the weekly digest, and Rankwise proposes a refresh of the article that was winning it, with the evidence attached.
