Shared, not sent

Your client works in the workspace, not around it

Invite them by email into their own workspace and pick exactly what they get. No portal to maintain, no exports to assemble, no third tool for them to forget the password to.

  • A reviewer can open drafts, edit, comment and approve
  • A viewer can read the numbers and change nothing
  • Access is per workspace, so a client only ever sees their own

Client-approved content

Their expert signs off before anything ships

The people who know the product catch what no writer could. They correct the draft in place and approve it, and the whole exchange stays on the brief instead of in a mail thread nobody can find later.

  • Comments live on the brief, next to the evidence
  • Approve and publish in one step, straight to their CMS
  • Every edit teaches the next draft what this client sounds like

Pitch to retainer

From cold domain to a client who works with you

The same five moves whether you are chasing a logo or renewing one.

  1. 01

Win the account with a white-labeled audit

Paste any domain, including one you do not manage yet. Pitch mode runs the full audit and freezes a branded report on a public link you can send before a contract exists.

  2. 02

    Open a workspace for them

Every client gets their own workspace. Tracked domains, questions, checks, topics, briefs and articles all live inside it, and nothing crosses between clients.

  3. 03

    Invite the client in

Add them by email and pick what they get: a reviewer who can edit and approve the work, or a viewer who can watch the numbers. They accept from a link, with no account needed up front.

  4. 04

Plan and approve in one place

Your strategist queues the topics. Their subject expert reads the draft, edits it, and approves it. The conversation happens in the comment thread on the brief instead of in a forwarded document.

  5. 05

    Report under your name

Switch monthly reports on per client and a fresh branded snapshot goes out on the 1st. Add a quarterly Wrapped recap, and present the whole book fullscreen at the review.

What you get

Everything the account needs, under your name

One place your team plans the work, your client approves it, and the results go out branded.

Every report carries your brand

Set your brand name, logo, colour and hide Rankwise on the report. Whatever the config says when you create it is frozen in, so changing your branding later never rewrites a link you already sent.

Settings › Organization

Send a report, not a login

For the stakeholders you do not want inside the workspace, reports live on a tokenized public page with no sign-in, no search indexing, and one-click revoke that keeps the record.

Public report link, /r/<token>

One client can never see another

Every domain, question, brief and article is scoped to the workspace it belongs to, and an invite grants access to that workspace only. Isolation is the default, not a setting you remember to switch on.

Dashboard › Clients

The rollup

Every client on one screen: average visibility, domains tracked, how many are scored, and the reports you have already shared. The view you open before a status call.

Dashboard › Clients

Wrapped and Present

A branded quarterly recap of what actually moved, and a fullscreen rollup across your whole book for the review meeting. Both ride the same public link machinery.

Dashboard › Clients › Wrapped, Present

Into your own dashboards

A Looker Studio connector and a read-only API put mentions, share of AI answers, dimension scores and visibility events wherever your client already looks.

Settings › API (Growth and above)

Your client's brand on the workspace, not just the report

Reports already go out under your branding. Next, the workspace your client signs into wears it too: their logo and colour on the surfaces they use, with a quiet 'powered by Rankwise' underneath. Same shared workspace, same roles, same approval loop, wearing the right name.

FAQ

Agency questions, answered

Still have a question?
Can my client actually log in and work alongside us?

Yes. Invite them by email into their workspace and they accept from a link, with no account needed beforehand. You choose the role: a reviewer can open drafts, edit them, comment and approve; a viewer can read the numbers without changing anything. Access is per workspace, so a client can only ever reach their own.

What does the client do that we cannot do for them?

Vouch for the content. Their expert knows the product, the customers and the claims you are not allowed to guess at. They review the draft, correct it, and approve it, which is what turns a competent article into one their market believes. Everything before and after that stays yours.

Do the reports carry our branding?

Yes. Your organization's white-label config sets the brand name, logo and colour on every report, and can hide Rankwise entirely. The config is frozen into each report at the moment you create it, so a link you sent last quarter keeps showing the numbers and the branding you presented. Client-branded styling for the workspace itself is next on the roadmap.

Can I pitch a prospect before they are a client?

Yes. Pitch mode takes any domain, runs the same audit engine, and freezes a white-labeled report you can send before a contract exists. Re-auditing a domain someone already checked reuses the cached result instead of spending again.

How do I get the data into my own reporting?

Through the Looker Studio connector or the read-only API on Growth and above. Keys are minted per workspace, shown once, stored only as a hash, and revocable. Endpoints cover mentions, share of AI answers, dimension scores and visibility events.

What does a client see over a month?

Their visibility score and how it moved, which questions AI engines answer without naming them, which engines mention them today, the articles that shipped, and the site fixes that were applied. The same numbers you see, with your branding on top.
