n8n Integration Overview
The Rankwise community node for n8n brings your AI-visibility data into n8n workflows. It reads data from the Rankwise public API. It does not write anything to your Rankwise account.
What It Does

The first poll after you turn a workflow on records a starting point and fires nothing. Switching a workflow on does not replay old events.
Example Workflows
- New Citation Won to Slack: tell the team when an AI engine starts citing you.
- New Visibility Event to Google Sheets: log every won and lost citation as a row.
- Dimension Score Changed to an IF node and a Jira, Linear or Asana node: open a task when a score drops.
- Schedule Trigger to Domain Score: Find: send weekly scores for each client domain by email.
How It Works
- Install the node in n8n under Settings, then Community Nodes. Enter
n8n-nodes-rankwise. - Create an API key in Rankwise under Settings, then API. The key is shown once.
- Add a Rankwise API credential in n8n and paste the key.
- Add a Rankwise node to a workflow and turn it on.
One API key reads one workspace. Agencies create one key per client workspace, with one credential per key.
Limits
- The node does not return the dashboard's single composite score. Domain Score: Find returns the parts.
- You type the domain as Rankwise shows it, for example
example.com. - n8n Cloud lists the node only after n8n verifies it. Self-hosted n8n can install it by name.
