Zapier Integration Overview
The Rankwise Zapier app turns your AI-visibility data into Zap triggers. It reads data from the Rankwise public API. It does not write anything to your Rankwise account.
What It Does

All three triggers poll Rankwise for new data. Each event fires once.
Example Zaps
- New Citation Won to Slack: post a message when Perplexity starts citing you.
- New Visibility Event to Google Sheets: log every won and lost citation as a row.
- Dimension Score Changed to a ticketing app: open a ticket when a score drops.
How It Works
- Create an API key in Rankwise under Settings, then API. The key is shown once.
- Connect Rankwise in Zapier and paste the key.
- Choose a trigger or search from the table above.
- Add actions in the apps you already use, then turn the Zap on.
One API key reads one workspace. Agencies create one key per client workspace.
Limits
- The app does not return the dashboard's single composite score. Find Domain Score returns the parts.
- You type the domain as Rankwise shows it, for example
example.com. - A score that drops and then returns to an earlier value fires only on the drop.
