Week 1 · Baseline

• Connect Google Search Console and note clicks, impressions and pages with traffic for the last 3 months.
• Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google the 10 questions your buyers ask. Note who is named.

Week 2 · Site health

• Check robots.txt and your sitemap. Make sure search and AI crawlers can read your key pages.
• Fix titles and meta descriptions on your 10 most visited pages.

Week 3 · Topics

• List 30 keywords your buyers search. Group them by the problem they describe.
• Pick the 12 keywords closest to what you sell. Put one on each week for the next 12 weeks.

Week 4 · Publish

• Publish the first article. Cite 3 to 6 real sources and link to 2 of your own pages.

Week 5 · Publish

• Publish the second article. Add an FAQ only if readers still have open questions.

Week 6 · Links

• Add links from your older pages to the new articles where the topic matches.

Week 7 · Publish

• Publish the third and fourth articles. Use a comparison or a list where it helps the reader.

Week 8 · Review

• Compare Search Console with your baseline. Note pages in positions 4 to 20.

Week 9 · Improve

• Update the 3 pages closest to page one. Add missing sections and fix outdated facts.

Week 10 · Publish

• Publish two more articles from your topic list.

Week 11 · AI answers

• Ask the same 10 questions from week 1 again. Note where you are named now.

Week 12 · Improve

• Rewrite titles on pages with many impressions and few clicks.

Week 13 · Plan

• Compare all numbers with your baseline. Keep what worked and plan the next 90 days.
