## What each action costs

Article credits pay for writing. Measuring is covered by the plan's monthly allowances, not by credits.

Scheduled monitoring (the weekly re-check of every tracked question) draws on the same monthly citation-check allowance. Article credits are granted with each monthly invoice. The citation-check allowance resets each calendar month.

## Free trial and money-back guarantee

3-day free trial, then your plan. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, and on day 3 the plan you picked starts and your card is charged. Cancel in Billing before then and you pay nothing. Every plan also has a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. One free trial and one refund per customer. If you cancel or take a refund, your workspace pauses: nothing is deleted and everything stays readable. The free AI audit needs no account.

During the trial the whole product works with trial limits: a small credit allowance and fewer citation checks than a paid plan. Trial articles carry a Rankwise watermark and publish once the plan starts. "Start plan now" in Billing ends the trial early and charges at once. Cancel in Billing at any time; during the trial access ends at once with no charge.

The refund is self-serve on the Billing page and returns the price paid, with no fees deducted. A paused workspace runs no citation checks and writes nothing, and picking any plan resumes it. ## Agency

For agencies running AI visibility as a client service. Every client gets their own workspace, and everything a client sees goes out under your brand.

- $299 per month base, which includes 3 active client workspaces.
- $99 per month for each active client after 3. A client workspace you archive comes off the bill; restoring it puts it back.
- Each client workspace: up to 3 domains and 100 tracked questions per domain, re-scored every week, with up to 1,200 citation checks per month.
- Article credits are pooled: 150 per active client per month.
- White-labeled reports under your brand, one invoice for the whole book.
- Agency accounts are not on self-serve checkout yet, so we set yours up with you directly. Tell us how many clients you have and we will come back with your exact monthly figure.

## Buying

Self-serve plans are bought from the billing page inside Rankwise after signing up. Payment always happens in Stripe Checkout, in a browser, by a person.

An agent connected to the Rankwise MCP server can read the workspace's plan and remaining credits with `get_plan_and_credits` before it spends anything. In Claude and over the API, `create_checkout_link` returns a Stripe Checkout link for a named plan; it charges nothing, and the person completes payment in their browser. Every tool that spends credits or an allowance requires an `idempotency_key`, and a retry with the same key never charges twice.
